Cookie & Storage Notice

We keep this simple. Stroke of Hopeuses only what is needed to sign you in and to remember your cart — nothing for advertising or cross-site tracking. This notice works alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. The session cookie we use

We set one strictly-necessary cookie, soh_session, when you sign in. It keeps you signed in as you move around the site. Without it, sign-in and account features would not work. It is not used for advertising or tracking.

2. Your cart (browser storage)

Your shopping cart is stored in your browser’s local storageon your own device — not on our servers — so the pieces you’re considering are still there when you return. We also store a small acknowledgement (soh_privacy_ack) so our privacy banner doesn’t keep reappearing once you’ve seen it.

3. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies

We do not use advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or third-party cross-site tracking cookies. We may keep basic, aggregated analytics to understand how the site is used, but we do not build advertising profiles about you.

4. How to clear or block them

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings, and you can block cookies entirely — though if you block the session cookie you won’t be able to stay signed in. Clearing local storage will empty your cart.
